David Quadros started working with Porter Matthews Metro in January 1996. He progressed to becoming sole owner and director of one of the most dynamic and team orientated offices in the metro area.
Awarded with some outstanding achievements at AUSNET and REIWA throughout his career in real estate and has previously been on the REIWA sales training chapter. He is also responsible for the sales training and the sales team at Porter Matthews Metro.
David has built his reputation as a very professional, attentive and friendly person capable of helping anyone achieve their real estate goals.

I've lived in the Belmont area for the past 12 years.
After leaving school I worked for Coles-Myer and had a successful career managing at many stores including Karratha, Kalgoorlie, Warwick, Maddington and Mandurah. I owned and managed several small businesses from 1998 to 2010, until deciding to follow my dream of becoming a real estate professional. Married with two beautiful girls - Emma is 6 and Kate is 3. My wife Joanne is a dental therapist working in orthodontics. We rescued our old dog Sage when she was about 5 years old.

Andrea joined Porter Matthews Metro in January 2008 as our receptionist and quickly moved into the role of Sales Administrator. Her outstanding efforts have been continually recognised – achieving Ausnet Top Receptionist 3rd quarter 2008 and Ausnet Top Sales Administrator 1st quarter 2009. By gaining this invaluable experience, Andrea has now been promoted to Administration Assistant for Team Spicy – we know she will continue to offer tremendous support, guidance and exceptional service to clients and also Hasi and Raveen.
Andrea grew up in the country town of Boddington and attended Narrogin Senior High School graduating Year 12. Andrea married in December 2009 and recently entered the property market with the purchase of her first home.
