MAINTAINING LAWNS AND GARDENS
It is your responsibility to ensure that the lawns and gardens at the property are adequately maintained, including regular watering, mowing/edging, weeding and pruning.
RETICULATION:
If your garden has automatic reticulation which is operated off scheme water, it may be set for the following days (before 9am or after 6pm) according to your house number:

Please note that your garden/lawn may require extra hand-watering, particularly over Summer months, to ensure that it is kept in a healthy condition.
If your garden is reticulated from a bore, it may be operated daily after 6pm or before 9am. The bore pump should also be operated at least once a week during Winter months to keep it primed. Please be aware that you are responsible for re-priming the bore if required.
Sprinklers should be checked once a week, especially during Summer months, for correct operation. Blocked/broken sprinklers should be cleaned or replaced as required.
recommend that your lawn and gardens are fertilised twice a year, normally during Spring and Autumn, to encourage healthy growth.
Failure to maintain the lawns and gardens may prove to be very expensive for you, particularly if the lawn or plants require replacing because they have died during your tenancy. If you have any queries or require further information, please contact our Property Management Department on 9475 9622.
